Go to http://audio.isg.si/audiox/?q=node/22995 you can download Lugia's Song and it works for iTunes. Click the spot where it says t odownload it and save the file. Then open up iTunes and go to File-> Add File to Library->Then select the name of the file. Congratulations, it will now be under recently added on iTunes. You can then move it to your favorite playlist.

I don't know what MP3 uses for syncing files. Any guides on this would be appreciated. I am thinking it would be similar in that you find the spot where you can add files to the library and then select that file.]]>

Clauses:
Evasion Clause
Moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team and Minimize) are not allowed.
Freeze Clause
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be frozen at the same time.
Sleep Clause
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be asleep at the same time. Self-induce sleep via rest does not activate Sleep Clause.
OHKO Clause
One-Hit KO moves are not allowed.
Species Clause
Two or more of the same Pokémon may not be used on the same team.
Self KO Clause
If both players have only one Pokémon left, moves which KO both the user and the opponent are not allowed (e.g. Explosion, Destiny Bond). If recoil damage would cause a tie, Self KO Clause does not activate, and the player who last attacked is the winner.
Item Clause
All Pokémon on a team must hold different items. This is not a standard clause in competitive play, but it is used in Nintendo tournaments.

Clauses:
Evasion Clause
Moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team and Minimize) are not allowed.
Freeze Clause
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be frozen at the same time.
Sleep Clause
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be asleep at the same time. Self-induce sleep via rest does not activate Sleep Clause.
OHKO Clause
One-Hit KO moves are not allowed.
Species Clause
Two or more of the same Pokémon may not be used on the same team.
Self KO Clause
If both players have only one Pokémon left, moves which KO both the user and the opponent are not allowed (e.g. Explosion, Destiny Bond). If recoil damage would cause a tie, Self KO Clause does not activate, and the player who last attacked is the winner.
Item Clause
All Pokémon on a team must hold different items. This is not a standard clause in competitive play, but it is used in Nintendo tournaments.

Overview:
An averedge lead.A good one at that.Sets up SR then can Attack or kill itself.It's main purpouse is to Set up SR nothing else.If it does get to live past the first turn it ca just Spam T-bolt or F-thower.What i really like about Azelf is that it can Attack and give of hazerds.Now i might change it for more hazerds.Able to stay longer,or to cover more types.But for now i really pefer Azelf on this team.Over Pokes i considered were Areo,Uixe,Skarmory,but they wouldn't quite fit.I might change to Roar Aero for Speed and some minor stall with protect.This is pretty much all i can say for Azelf.Its meant for SR and explode like anyb other Azelf lead.I might put trick on just to scerw you when i start to sweep.

Overview:
There is no Pokemon that can match C-band Scizor.Technition,Priority,BP,QA its all amazing.BP only can go so far so i added QA to match those Mean Gyrados that always give us trouble.Also it can take a hit.With these defencive EVs it can survive against a Latias,Gyrados,Mence, or any other Poke.With 591 ATK its nothing the laugh at.It pretty much always 2HKOs latias and with SR it can get it down to a very low amount.It can cover everything pretty much.Brick Brake is for anything that might bother it like Skarmory,Foretress, that i can't cover with it.U-turn is so i can hit Pokes on my way out.As any other Scizor this thing is made for Attack.All and all this is a great set.It has many ways of taking out the opponent or just plain scaring them.It dosen't need any set up so its perfect for this team.All i can say for now is ZOMG in surprise on how this thing works for me.

Overview:
I love this guy.The star of my team.492 SP.ATK is no joke.It's made to take out Gyrados,Salamence,Latias,Swampert,Celebi, or even Jirachi.Surf does about 2HKO it.T-bolt OHKOs Gyra.Ice beam OHKOs every Dragon in the Metagame except for Latias/Kingdra or something with Yache berry/Focus Sash.Psychic is for fighting types like the common Machamp that can really dominate.STAB also boosts power.It OHKOs Every fighting type in the game without(besides second types or nature + Evs in stat to mayjor) Sash/Berry that weakens power.This is why hes The "Star" of my team.Its a Mix sweeper.It can work well Vs anything thats not a Blissy or CM Poke that spams it.The only problum that Star has is not able to hold its groud VS CM spam.IT can Potentialy 2HKO Cresselia with a Critical hit.This is why i wouldn't use any other Special Sweeper over than Star for this team.Its made to cover my teams weaknesses.Nobody does a better job than him for this roll.

This guy gave me so many LOL moments during testing i had to just name him that.The reason its Jolly is beacause i want a little more speed than Adament.I put Life Orb on it so that it's moves are all powered up.SD + LO=awsome.With one of the strongest priorty moves in the game it can work on its own.Crucnh is there for Latias,Celebi,or anouther Psychic type that causes trouble.Extreme speed works great for hitting stuff that's haning on by just a little HP.Like a Latias that was Hit by SR and Surf or anouther move in my reach.Mence is probubly Lucarios biggest problum.EQ hurts it.Thats why I have Starmie and Frosslass for counters.I may be going overboard but they work all very well.However i love this movest and would not like to change it just beacause i could take a chance.It can still damenge these guys with ES and LO and if i get SD up i can damenge these guys real good.This one of my best Players on the team.

Overview:
Meh.I had to use something.Cresslia is a beast.444 HP and very high defence theres nothing you can do if your not Scizor,weavile,snorlax.A very good wall.After 1 CM you can't do much about it.Ice beam is for those Dragons that i need to KO.I'm not sure if i want HP fire on this guy for Scizor but i can take care of it pretty well.Mence can cut its attack and bash back with Fire Fang.SR also helps diminish its health.I don't get why this guy is UU when it has one of the greatest defence stats in the game.This thing due to its bulk can cover some good ol coveredge.It completly resist EQ,Ice beams can't do much,even Fire Blast won't be getting the KO.It can even survive a Draco Meteor and live and Ice Beam right back.It can also stand its ground up against Latias that keep CM.Overall Cres is a way better choice than Frosslass oringinaly.Still it needs some work.However its still pretty good.Its defences make it able to stand on its own in this dominated Metagame.Its time for UU to fight back.

So I get my 6 packs and I open them. In one pack, I got BOTH LUGIA LEGEND PIECES AND A HO-OH TOP!!! I was excited! I then got the reverse holo RED GYRADOS and a Reverse Holo Gyrados! There were only 2 of them in the whole store. I was really lucky! Pichu Promo, Sleeves, etc. I traded Ho-oh top for Feraligator, for my water deck. Unfortunately, no DCE. That got me a little mad. Decent Trainers(no Elm's...ugh!!) Butterfree for healing(only 1-1-1 O.O) New Pokemon that can't be hurt while asleep(which is awesome, except they only have 30 HP-_-". Tyrogue is my favorite of those. Other good cards include Reverse Holo Donphan, Rare Hypno(pretty decent Power), Reverse Holo Slowking, Shuckle's pretty cool, and MILTANK(lol, not really).

Then I start battling. I decided to go with a 2-2 Gyrados Line for my main, which was good tahnks to some other cards. I won my first round against my friend, Warren. Then I went against a good guy named Peter. I lost ONLY because I got only energy on the first turn. Shuffled agains and got only energies. Then I got 1 Poke and rest are energies. You can see how I lost. Then against a guy named Matt. I heard he was good and he was undefeated. However, I quickly OHKO'd him with Gyrados. Next round, I lost to a friend named Nate. He was lucky, because I only got one Pokemon. Nuff Said. I won my last round.

Overall, it was a really fun Pre-release. I love the new sets! The Johto Region will test us all!]]>

We are looking for more members, and the more we get, the higher chance you will get to become a staff member. We have our own battling clans and would love to go against some major sites!
Like the TCG? Well, the Island allows you to upload your decks and many more things involving the TCG!
Our staff is not strict, but we do have a few common sense-simple rules. Follow them and no when get's in trouble.

I order to do this, I am going to defeat each and every one of the Battle Experts on PokeBeach. These are the current Experts I have defated:
