Good Physical Wall: I say Skarmory is one of the better ones. With the ability to have over 400 defense and the ability to heal and Whirlwind, it is one of the best you can get. It loses to special attackers and to Taunt users. It also has the ability to set up either stealth rock or Spikes.

Ugh. You people don't believe in me. It was intentionally that way. Ugh.

Skarmory is a good physical wall, but as you said, Taunt is just going to pretty much destroy it. That seems to be the problem with walls. Taunt just goes through them. There are a few Special Attackers that have super-effective attacks against Skarmory that can OHKO. Infernape Flamethrower depended on EV's, Thunder/Thunderbolt from some non-Electrics can 2HKO, etc.

Another good physical wall is Rhyperior, not as good, but decent. Dusknoir can be any type of wall depending on EV's and Nature's.

Suicune can be any type of wall. It has a base 100 HP stat. it works great. For full details on it see my Thread titled Suicune. Registeel also can be a good wall for both, even simultaneously.
