This card is a good card in a Salamence X deck, but ONLY as a tech. Also in every OTHER deck it's a horrible card that's pretty much... Useless...

I see some use of it with the Salamence that can hit ether a benched or active Pokemon for 100 damage. It does make the Salamence deck better. Most other decks though it doesn't help as much because it is a stage 2. Finding the extra space to only have a chance to get an extra energy is n't worth it. This is especially true since you could be discarding cards you need.
