If you couldn't log in, you could try the contact us feature. It sends an email to the main admin and they can reset your password.

it's actually my mom email and she doesn't let me use it really .I think it was the whole switching link thing that was the problem

You should get your own email. You can get a free one at Google. I have that as my secondary email. It works well for me. Once you get your own email then change your email here under user cp > edit profile > click where it says to click to change your email. My main email is the account that was created for me by the webmaster of midwestpokemon.info .
