This is the instructions for iPod using iTunes.
Go to http://audio.isg.si/audiox/?q=node/22995 you can download Lugia's Song and it works for iTunes. Click the spot where it says t odownload it and save the file. Then open up iTunes and go to File-> Add File to Library->Then select the name of the file. Congratulations, it will now be under recently added on iTunes. You can then move it to your favorite playlist.
I don't know what MP3 uses for syncing files. Any guides on this would be appreciated. I am thinking it would be similar in that you find the spot where you can add files to the library and then select that file.
